R&D and Prototyping

At the Bluacs Lab in Sweden, we drive technology origination, prototyping, and product development. Using CAD software, in the video below, we designed the Audiosphere headrest and its acoustic components, printed the parts, assembled them, integrated the audio system, and then tested the finished prototype.

Our facilities include:

  • Listening room
  • Automotive audio testing areas
  • Car bay for installs and tuning (secure and private)
  • 3D print farm
  • Fusion 360 -CAD software
  • Full wood workshop
  • CNC router for wood & metal (80cm x 70cm )
  • Falcon2 Pro 60W laser cutter
  • 5-axle Metal CNC machine with 0.5 micron accuracy
  • Audio Precision Analyser
  • 48ch Audio output routing Firmware
  • 16ch Audio input Firmware for Acoustical measurements
