Executive Team
Managing Director and Business Development
Greg has been a senior executive in companies for the last 40 years including in the audio industry for over 20 years during that time. He has worked on nearly every commercial dimension of business, building strong client relationships and partnerships during that time. Greg has successfully built three companies from the ground up, taking Australian technologies to the international market.
Company Founder and Inventor
Zel Velican is an inventor with several patents in his name. He has spent the last 45 years in the pursuit of excellence in audio reproduction. During that time Zel has amassed a wealth of knowledge about many aspects of both car and home speakers, woofers, sub woofers, amplifiers and transducers. In 2009 he founded his own company, Blueprint Acoustics, and continued his primary research work to develop new and often groundbreaking technologies.
Applications Engineering and Inventor
Erik has an extensive career in the international audio industry. Over the last 35 years he has been actively involved in audio research including the successful development of some of his own technologies and products. As a consultant and advisor to leading industry participants Erik has been involved in the design and development of consumer, pro sound and automotive audio products.
Intellectual Property and Patents
Wal Dower is a professional engineer with 55 years’ experience in industry including 30 years in the audio industry. Outside of audio he has worked on electric motor manufacturing, navigational aids, backup power systems, transformers, switchboards, telecommunications and large scale computer systems, He has particular skills in intellectual property management, electronics, acoustics and related sciences.
Financial Administrator and Client Relations
Irene has been involved in the area of audio reproduction since she was a teenager and music has always been a big part of her life. Irene has been working in Bluacs since its inception. Previously Irene worked for both large international and Australian companies in the areas of Logistics, Customer Service and Accounts and her knowledge in these areas has made her an asset in working with Bluacs team and assisting the business to grow.
